Boost Your Brain Health: Free Online Lunchtime Seminar
Eat better, feel better—start with your brain today.
Your brain is the control centre of everything you do—your thoughts, emotions, decisions, relationships, and productivity all begin there. When your brain is healthy, life feels clearer, more energised, and more manageable. When it’s not, even simple tasks can feel overwhelming. That’s why understanding how to support brain health is one of the most powerful steps you can take toward improving your overall wellbeing.
Guided by the scientific research of Daniel Amen—a double board-certified psychiatrist and New York Times bestselling author—you’ll explore how small, practical changes can have a big impact. As he puts it, “when we get the health of our brains right, everything else falls into place.”
The session focuses on the deep connection between nutrition and brain function. What you eat directly influences how your brain performs—affecting memory, mood, focus, and even how you relate to others. Rather than overwhelming you with complex science, the seminar translates research into nine clear, achievable nutritional strategies that support a healthier, happier brain.
In this 45-minute seminar, you’ll explore ways to:
- Nourish your brain with foods that stabilise energy, improve mental clarity, and support emotional balance.
- Approach implementing strategies in practical and realistic ways, designed to fit into everyday life rather than requiring drastic changes. Whether it’s improving hydration, choosing nutrient-dense foods, or reducing harmful dietary habits, each approach is grounded in real-world application.
- Personal reflection. Instead of trying to change everything at once, you’ll be encouraged to identify one strategy that feels achievable for you right now. This focus on small, consistent action makes it easier to build lasting habits that genuinely improve how you feel day to day.
Seminar follow up. After the seminar, you’ll receive a simple handout summarising the key nutritional strategies, making it easy to revisit and apply what you’ve learned. This ensures the session isn’t just informative—it becomes a starting point for ongoing change.
Your brain and body will thank you—and the benefits will show up in ways you can feel every day.
