Over the year Karyn Chalk offers free online Lunch and Learn seminars. They invite you to reflect and direct your attention to valuing and enhancing the health of brain. 

Our brain is involved in everything we do and the health of it impacts how we function, our mental health, memory, relationships and work productivity.

Karyn Chalk is a certified Brain Health Trainer with Dr Daniel Amen and lives in Dunedin, New Zealand. She is a wellbeing coach with training in Havening Techniques, Positive Neuroplasticity, Nutrition, Neurolinguistic Programming and Dispute Resolution. She has extensive experience in supporting individuals experiencing addictions, anxiety, overwhelm and workplace fatigue.
