About your Facilitator, Karyn Chalk
My name is Karyn Chalk and I live in Dunedin, New Zealand. I have the privilege of being one of Daniel Amens’ Accredited Brain Health Trainers. I love the content of the Memory Rescue course as it is full of research and science based behavioural and nutritional Brain Health strategies that can make a huge difference to people.
For me personally I am using these strategies with success to make my menopause journey happier, healthier and more productive. It has been helpful to see first hand how quickly I was able to see a measurable difference.
