A couple of years ago, I became an Accredited Brain Health Trainer through Dr Daniel Amen.

And I’m really excited to be running free online Brain Health Lunch and Learn Seminars.

Today was my first of many - exciting.

We introduced Dr Daniel Amen, looked at how he has successfully rehabilitated NRL football players (many with multiple head injuries) and the 7 principles behind Brain Health.
