About your Weight Loss in Action Support Group Host, Karyn Chalk
In 1999, I weighed 120kg. After dropping 45kgs (100 pounds) I moved to Dunedin, studied nutrition at Otago University and set up Changing Ways. I ran numerous weight loss groups, with many people benefiting, including myself.
Over the years some of that weight has gone back on and I’m setting up the groups again to become accountable getting my own health back on track, alongside supporting others in their weight loss journeys.
