About your Facilitator, Karyn Chalk
My name is Karyn Chalk and I live in Dunedin, New Zealand. I have the privilege of being one of Daniel Amens’ Accredited Brain Health Trainers. I love how his courses and content contain research and science based behavioural and nutritional Brain Health strategies that can make a huge difference to people.
I enjoy weaving Brain Heath with my nutrition training and positive neuroplasticity experience to support people to live happy, healthy and productive lives. For me personally I am using these strategies with success to navigate menopause with a happy brain and healthy body.
