VIDEO: Using Havening Techniques and Positive Neuroplasticity to help in tough times
It's been a huge week in NZ, with thousands of people feeling distressed, anxious and overwhelmed. I've made a video that you are very welcome to share. It uses neuroscience to help send messages to the brain that, in this moment, things are basically OK. This is powerful data for the brain to receive. When the brain is reassured that you are basically OK (enough air to breathe, enough food and water etc), then the body can shift into rest, digest and repair.
